Where is your shop located?
Sorry, we do not have a physical shop. We are an online store. But we do have local stockists that you can visit! (Please refer to our stockist section for locations).
Where can I pick up my order?
Pick up is available from a residential address in Manunda. Address is provided via email at time of order.
Do you do delivery?
At this stage, no sorry. Being a small business, we need all the hands we have in the kitchen, to make your ROARSome cakes and treats. But we never say never!
Do you offer postage?
Yes! We post Australia wide for a flat rate of $10 on all our packaged treats only.
Can hoomans eat your treats?
As delicious as our treats might smell to the hooman nose, they are pet treats only, sorry no sharing!
Are your ingredients human grade?
Yes! We only use human grade, quality ingredients. Please refer to each individual item, for a list of ingredients used.
Do you have cakes premade to purchase?
No sorry. All our cakes are made fresh to order. This way we can assure your pets, the best pawty cake in town!
How long will the cake last?
We recommend our ROAR cakes be consumed within 3 days. Leftover frozen cakes can be stored for up to 2 weeks in an air tight container., in the freezer.
Do you do last minute cake orders?
Please contact us ASAP to find out if we can help. Please note a late fee may be incurred for all the extra, super fast running around that we need to do, to get your cake ready in time and to make your fur baby's day extra special!
My pet has an allergy, can you cater to their needs?
The short answer, yes. Most times we can adapt our recipe (cakes only) to cater for your pets intolerances. It is your responsibility to let us know, at the time of your order, what these intolerances are.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We understand circumstances can change. For full details of our cancellation and refund policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
