That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Our Products

All Ingredients are human-grade, locally sourced when possible

Inclusion of fruits, nuts, seeds, and other ingredients will be specified in the individual description of item.

Meat based cakes are ROAR.

Our meat based cakes are made to order, please keep refrigerated, we recommend being consumed within 3 days

Our Frozen cakes are made to order, they are solid, not soft like ice cream, heating a sharp knife may help you to cut through the cake. Left overs may be stored for up to 2 weeks, in an airtight container, in the freezer

We can only guarantee availability while stocks last.

Furry friends can be quite particular in their tastes, just like some hoomans, so we cannot guarantee your pet’s likes or dislikes!

Our Refund Policy
Cake Refunds
We understand circumstances can change! We accept cancellation of cake orders up to 7 days prior to due date for a full refund.
Alternatively, you can alter a pick-up date, if 7 days’ notice is given.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, will incur a 50% refund payment via EFT. If you cancel with 48 hours’ notice or less, you will forfeit your full payment.
We can not offer refunds on customized orders of cakes, so please do plan this well!
In the unlikely event a fault occurs in the production of your specified cake order, a partial refund, a future credit, or a bag of goodies will be given to compensate you. * Amount compensated is at our discretion.
We do not consider misinformation provided by the customer regarding; collection date, incorrect spelling of pet name, a pet allergy, accidental damage caused by the customer, failure to follow our recommendations for transport of cakes, change of choice or a choosy pet who turns their nose up at the taste, as our responsibility to compensate you for.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this policy.
Online Store Treat Purchases
In the event there is an issue with a treat purchase, we will provide an exchange or a store credit to use on future purchases, to the purchase value (postage cost excluded), if they are unopened, in the same condition in which you purchased them and there is no subsequent damage to goods or packaging as a result of your own mishandling following purchase.
We ask you, to make contact with us, within 48 hours of receiving your order with; your contact details (name, phone number, address), copy of receipt of order, products you are wanting to return, reason for returning them and photos of damaged goods (if applicable). Once we receive items, (customer will pay return postage) an exchange will be posted out (within 3 business days) or a credit put on your account for future purchases. Local to Cairns, a time will be arranged for collection.
