We start with a protein packed base covered in icing, and decorated in a coloured coconut confetti wrap. Around the base we add some piped "Pom Poms" and on top one of our Ruffles or fuROARo's, bringing their pawty hat to life! We finish it off with a coloured number placed at the front of their cake, and your fur baby's name in matching letters on the board. Making this the best pawty hat in town, because they can eat it too!!!
